It’s been a while since I’ve asked the Cocoon a question of my own, but I’ve been struggling a bit with what my summer work schedule and routine should look like, so here goes: how do you work during summer breaks from teaching? For example, how many hours would you say that you spend on average per day working? How does your typical summer workday break down (in terms of reading, writing, etc.)? How many days per week do you work? And how much time do you take off during summer “for vacation” (or rest and relaxation)? In addition to hearing your answers, it might be great to hear what stage of your career you are in and what kind of institution you are at!
