Kareem Khalifa, professor of philosophy at Middlebury College, has accepted a position as professor of philosophy at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Professor Khalifa specializes in philosophy of science, philosophy of social science, philosophy of race, and epistemology. You can learn more about his research here and here.

While his appointment at UCLA has officially begun, Professor Khalifa is spending this academic year as a Future of Truth Fellow at the University of Connecticut. In 2025 he will be a Senior Visiting Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh’s Center for Philosophy of Science.
